creative tasmanian homes

Nestled on the banks of the Tamar River near Launceston is a little cottage, home to one of my lovely customers and her young family.   Slightly distracted by the many treasures, I did finally manage some measuring of windows!  But not before I captured a few happy snaps...
Painted predominantly white with light timber floors, the spaces are brought to life with colour and pattern.... like the David Bromley wall hanging, zigzag patterned quilt and mustard coloured pillow cases in one of the bedrooms......

and the gorgeous cocky cushion from Bonnie & Neil on the sofa in a living space which looks out across the river.

an interesting collection of bottles, candles, paper flowers and brushes are displayed on a mantel...

and from ecoco the round recycled tyre mirror, laundry hamper, the small reclaimed printed floorboard box and the picture frame look fabulous arranged around this vintage chest of drawers.

Delightful!
